Product Features
1. Water absorption: it can absorb the water equivalent of 20% of its own weight;
2. The processing performance: it has excellent processing performance, and good compatibility with PE/PP matrix. The ordinary equipments can be used without changing processing technology. Meanwhile, it can reduce shrinkage rate of the related products, as well as shorten the processing cycle.
3. An ideal additive: non-toxic, non-stimulation, good plasticizing, uniform particle size.
4. Good printing performance.
Applications: can be widely used in the HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PP/PE, Biodegradable plastics, regeneration plastic etc. Such as thin film, tableware, plank, sheet, tubes, extrusion, injection molding and flow delay, etc. It is widely used in recycling material, damped plastic and degraded plastic during molding process (blowing, extrusion, injection)
